These terms explain how you may use the Together We Grow Trades website and membership. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Education, not advice
Our content is for education only. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Please read our Disclaimer, which is part of these terms. Trading is risky and most traders lose money.
2. Your account
Give us accurate information when you register and keep your password private. An account is for one person, so please do not share your login. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.
3. Memberships and payments
The plans, prices and any free trial are shown on the Growth Paths page. Payments are handled by our payment processor. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until you cancel. We may change prices for future renewals, and we will post the change on the Growth Paths page. Cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4. Using our content
The posts, videos and other material on this site belong to Together We Grow Trades or are used with permission. You may use them for your own personal learning. Please do not copy, record, resell or share members only content with people who have not joined, and do not put our material on another site without asking us first.
5. How we ask you to behave
Be respectful to other members. Do not use the site for anything unlawful, do not try to break or overload it, and do not post spam or misleading offers.
6. Third party links and videos
Some pages link to or embed other services, such as YouTube and Vimeo. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control them.
7. No guarantees
The site and its content are provided as they are. We try to keep them accurate and available, but we do not promise they are complete, current, uninterrupted or free of errors. We do not promise any trading result. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from trading decisions or from using the site. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law that cannot be taken away.
8. Ending access
You can stop using the site at any time. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
