Free trial
Where a plan includes a 7 day free trial, you can cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
7 day refund
If you are not happy with a paid plan, email us at TWGTrades@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge and we will refund that charge in full. This applies to monthly, annual and lifetime plans. After 7 days, charges are not refundable, and a cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
How to cancel
Monthly and annual plans renew until you cancel. You can cancel from your Account page before the next renewal date, or email us and we will do it for you. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
